As I mentioned in my previous post that the RUT's wave structure has confounded me.
I am proposing a different count for the long term count where we have a Cycle Size Diagonal where all the five Primary waves are ABC.
The Russell is yet to make it's Cycle Wave top, which means it has a lot of room to run higher and touch the diagonal. Wave (C) trend line can easily bring it too 1000.

Higher degree count followed by a lower degree count.
