The Russell 2000 is rather unique in the way it has retraced so close to the 2007 top.
Per EWP, P2 should not exceed P1.
However a look at the Higher Degree Count shows unlike the other indices, the 2000 top was much lower than the 2007 Top.
It is possible the Russell has it's own unique count, very different from others.
And the count I have posted here is incorrect. The P1 and P4 overlap does not look good for this count.
Will need a keen eye to figure out what the Russell 2000 is tracing.
Lower Degree Count followed by a Higher Degree Count.
